Yes. Data that never leaves your device cannot breach GDPR. PrivateMind is built specifically for lawyers, accountants, consultants, and anyone who handles client data and cannot use cloud AI tools for compliance reasons.

Beginza Limited develops and publishes Windows desktop applications and operates beginza.co.uk. This policy explains how our applications and this website handle your data. Last updated: May 2026.

Our Applications

All Beginza applications process data entirely on your local device. We do not collect, receive, transmit or store any personal data, file contents or usage information from within our applications. No network connections are made during normal operation.

AI Model Download

Some applications offer an optional AI Engine requiring a one-time download of an AI model file from Hugging Face or Ollama. This download transmits no information about you or your files. After downloading, all AI processing runs entirely offline.

Local Storage

Application preferences and scan history are stored locally in your Windows local application data folder (%LocalAppData%\Beginza\). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to Beginza.

PrivateMind Waitlist

When you submit the PrivateMind early access form, we collect your email address, professional role, reason for interest, and intended use case. This information is used solely to manage waitlist access and notify you when early access is available. We will not share, sell, or transfer your data to any third party. We will not send you unsolicited marketing emails. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@beginza.co.uk.

The legal basis for processing this data is your consent, given at the point of form submission (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Waitlist data is stored securely on our hosting server and retained until early access is issued or you request deletion, whichever comes first.
